HERE I AM, THIS IS ME, AND NO WHERE ELSE ON THIS EARTH I'D RATHER BE
no, i am not an ardent follower of Bryan Adams....but these lines just paraphrase my entry into blogspot.com.
Though, the concept of blogs is not obscure to me,but i never gave it a try. Well,the first time i had an urge to blog was when i was scrolling down a blog written by a senior of my college who is doing her post graduation from some top-notch university of USA,and that was the first time i censured anything by the name of blog.
Pragmatically speaking,all the people around me in the current milieu whom i look upon as achievers are into blogging.Obduracy is the first trait of my persona that any person can easily smell meeting me once or twice,that's one of the ostensible reason i used to grimace when someone used to ask me to blog. I never thought i can write(i haven't changed my notions yet),but as a very close friend of mine has rightly termed it as the CL effect I am left with no choice but to start writing blogs.Before you people start biting your nails wondering about the origin of this CL effect,let I simplify it as the career launcher effect. Bingo,I am a CAT aspirant(to my chagrin) and like any other person from the league, i have also started amplifying the coffer of my vocabulary. With no other place left to strut my stuff, blogspot.com proved to be my saviour.I have never been very loquacious ,rather my approach used to be taciturn whenever i had to make a remark in any random discussion.I have a social circle which comprises of a motley group of people from all walks of life, and when you meet people from the random stratas of society you have to be wary of the way you speak.Most the time I end up having a mental block when i start speaking in a gathering though i am not an ochlophobic .Rather i am quite gregarious, but due to the lack of the exact word for my idea i used to feel so impotent sometimes.
So, blogging here gives me the agora i was looking for.Its 3:00 AM but i am not feeling even a bit lackadaisical,may be because this is going to be the first glimpse of this clandestine writer.
Detractors, are u listening.

Is the purpose of writing a blog only to flaunt your vocabulary? You are fitting words and then expressing your feeling. You are not FEELING it and then expressing.
One possible solution could be that you run up these words in your head, make them a part of your casual speech, without sounding like a talking dictionary!
A good piece of art always comes from the heart :)
